Our Bar-B-Q friends sometimes refer to them as Dino Ribs due to their size, thickness and primitive appearance.  The plate rib is one of the hottest cuts of beef.  Grill or slowly braise to perfection, beef ribs are super rich  in flavor and unbelievably juicy.  We have added other favorites to make this box a great start to the grilling season.
