Three minutes on each side on a hot grill and you've got yourself a steak that even your favorite restaurant can't beat - and at a fraction of the price! So treat yourself; home cooking has never b1een so luxurious. As with all wagyu cuts, be sure not to overcook! Wagyu is best served medium rare to get the full effect of the tender, juicy goodness. As with many of our cuts, we recommend thinly slicing crosswise to serve.



All orders ship out on Tuesdays via USPS, excluding holidays, and will typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipment.

The Knoxes are considered a pioneer family where American Wagyu is concerned, raising 100% genetically pure full-blood Wagyu on their Oregon ranch.

The cows at Pacific Rogue are pasture raised and grain finished, never receiving growth hormones or unneccesary antibiotics.
