These ends are cut from the tenderloin and have exceptional flavor and tenderness. This cut can be prepared any way:  pan-fried, marinated, grilled or broiled. Beef tenderloin "tails" are the tapered, thinner ends of the tenderloin. These cuts are considered a delicacy and can be used in various recipes and cooking methods. These are approx. (1-2 pkg) .75 - 1 lb total weight.
