The london broil, also known as a top round or round steak, is a lean cut coming from the hind end of the beef. Because of it's lean nature, we recommend a slow, most cooking technique to avoid overdrying. Traditionally, the london broil is marinated and broiled, hence the name. Weights vary per animal and will be rounded to the nearest weight increment.



All orders ship out on Tuesdays via USPS, excluding holidays, and will typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipment.

The cows at Pacific Rogue are pasture raised and grain finished, never receiving growth hormones or unneccesary antibiotics.
