Our 100% full blood wagyu tomahawk is the most impressive steak money can buy. This cut is nearly impossible to get your hands on, but if you're lucky enough to snag one, you'll be the talk of the town.  This cut features a thick chunk of marbley, buttery delicious ribeye at one end and at 4-6 inches of bone handle. We typically cook this steak by sous vide and then quick sear on a very hot grill top. All orders ship out on Tuesdays via USPS, excluding holidays, and will typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipment.

The Knoxes are considered a pioneer family where American Wagyu is concerned, raising 100% genetically pure full-blood Wagyu on their Oregon ranch.

The cows at Pacific Rogue are pasture raised and grain finished, never receiving growth hormones or unneccesary antibiotics.
